I am a general contractor / electrician for a few companies around the Calgary area, I’m a very small company with 2-3 employees. Our company wire only custom homes ranging from 5000 sqft to 20,000 sqft, which can be a very difficult job at times. We have gotten evolve electrical services “Derrick” to assist on a few of our projects. His level of professionalism, speed and precision is something that can’t be taught, but is years of him finding ways to better the system. Derrick is on time (always calling the day before confirming arrival times), motivational (great taking to the team and teaching all levels of skills), and makes sure the job is 100% before moving on to his next job. In comparison to some of the massive companies out there, I feel better paying Derricks price, knowing the quality and precision I’m paying for will be fair. I find that the larger companies charge twice the price and send green guys where I’m fixing their issues or calling them back more then once when time is very limited. Thank you Derrick.

We had Derrick do some work in our house (upgraded garage sub panel and installed plug for EV charging), and the whole process was great. Right from the first call with him I knew he was the person to do the work for us. He really takes the time to understand what you need done, provides a good set of potential solutions, and is really effective at communicating every step of the way. He also went above and beyond and found a previously unknown broken switch in my house. I am usually a DIY guy and hiring people can be a struggle but everything about working with Derrick was great. I would highly recommend to anyone needing any kind of electrical service.

Recently had Derek in for a hot tub install and pot lights. He was great to deal with, very thorough and his work was clean. Could hardly tell he was in our home. Even took the time to look at an additional issue. Book with confidence!
