Highly recommend. The classes are great! Yoga, pilates, hot yoga, reformer pilates, I enjoy them all. The owner is highly knowledgable, Janet- currently teaching my reformers pilates class and I see and feel a big difference in my overall health & wellness. (The instructors & ladies at the front are welcoming & friendly too!)

Absolutely love this studio! The instructors are great, lots of variety of classes, and very accommodating. The only downside is that the reformer classes are so popular, it makes it tricky to get a class that always works. But that’s also a testament to how good the instructors are, and the studio owner has been so flexible and accommodating of my many schedule changes. Glad we have this in Langley.

Over the past few years I have had the pleasure of attending a variety of classes at Evolution. The instructors are kind and compassionate. Extremely knowledgeable and are always helpful. The studio is clean and calming. Washrooms are stocked with self care products for those things one may need in a pinch. An added touch that most studios/gyms just don’t do anymore. Beyond grateful for a caring and calm environment that has been created by the owner and instructors. Highly recommend🩷

I have done reformer Pilates mostly at the studio with various teachers of the last couple years. All of the teachers were so kind and helpful. Being a plus size girlie who struggled with some of the movements the ladies there really took the time and care to make sure I felt comfortable and gave me modifications. I saw a lot of growth and strengths after four months of continuous weekly classes to the point I no longer needed assistance. I so appreciate the whole team and Janet the owner and beauty behind evolution studios! 10/10 I recommend to anyone who is looking to move their body and calm their mind. I also really love the events they put on with sound healing! There’s no better way to really relax then light stretching while being led in a beautiful meditative moment. Love you evolution crew and all that you stand for in the Langley community !

First time visiting the studio today, I did Susan’s yoga class. It was a good class, Susan was a nice yoga instructor. The studio was clean, they have lockers and locks, they also have mats you can use if you forget yours. Drinks and other goodies for purchase such as Lululemon clothing, yoga mat spray etc. Online class sign up is straight forward. Lots of free 3hr parking available. Coffee shops and restaurants all around if you’re hungry after class.
