BE Aware of Fradmemtal activities in this gym since it was called golden gym till now I bought 3 months membership no contract I travelled overseas to attend to family funeral they continued to take money from my bank account even they said 3 months paid off and that's it they kept reporting to Canada Tanis union till they ruined my credit scores also emptied my bank account I couldn't remortgage my house I sat down with Keith the president hr was touched he promised he will resolve the issue after he talks to owners no word from him since ! Canada transit union advised to report to the police thier Fradmemtal reporting activities however I will be practicing my protesting right on side walk infront thier building to warn public in main time I advise you all 1 .add free saving bank account if you insist gof dealing with hustling gym Close that free saving account you used to pay same day you cancel your member ship so they no longer can get a dime 2. . Demand prove of release from them on your last day so they can't hrass you for rest of your life I will be starting law suit while I am gathering all the documents I need to win it We are paying for all their Fancy equipments which they using as bait to trick others this will stop soon I promise with legal methods and public awareness :) Who want to join me in peaceful protesting Anybody got burnt from them more than welcome I will be informing the public times of protesting I did order this pic to made as protesting sign I can't wait for it to arrive Let me know if you like it 🥂

Great gym with solid equipment and a good atmosphere. The staff have always been friendly, and the space is consistently clean. Sometimes takes a while for equipment to get maintenance or replaced but it eventually happens. It was previously a 24-hour gym prior to COVID. There had been signage at the front desk indicating a return to 24-hour access, but that appears to have been removed while the current limited hours — especially on weekends — remain in place. I’m hopeful extended hours will return in the future, as it would make a great gym even better for those that would like to workout after 8pm on the weekend.

Attendants are friendly and welcoming. Gym is clean and well cared for. I went for two months as it was closer to my house during bad weather. People in the Gym were serious but friendly had zero issues and everyone followed good Gym etiquette.

One of the best gyms in Regina. The place is very clean and always pleasant to visit. The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. The locker rooms are always clean, and the gym floor is well maintained you can really see that cleanliness is a priority. The music is good, there is a wide variety of equipment, and the cardio area is well equipped with plenty of machines. I also really love the charging station at the front desk where you can charge your phone or headphones. I used it quite often, and I think it’s a great idea and a very thoughtful touch. A few small things I would personally improve: Two of the steppers are currently not working, and I hope they’ll be fixed soon. I also really miss having Wi-Fi, as mobile internet barely works inside the gym. Sometimes you want to watch videos during cardio or follow a workout or fitness video, and without internet it’s not possible. Additionally, the fitness studio rooms feel very, very cold. This might be personal preference, but many people use these rooms for stretching or cool-downs after workouts, and for that the temperature feels too low. Overall, it’s a great location with plenty of parking, and I truly enjoy coming here. Highly recommend!

I just recently started at this gym. I love it! It's clean, well-organized, and the fitness equipment is great! The staff are also very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I wish they brought back fitness classes to the facility. They have such nice side rooms with mirrors etc - I would love to attend a fitness class every now and again at this location!
