I am utterly shocked and outraged by my experience at the moxibustion clinic owned by Joey Wong. I paid 600 Canadian dollars, expecting a professional treatment, but instead suffered severe burns to my surgical scar. During the treatment, I felt a sharp burning pain, and the staff adjusted the height of the moxibustion box. The next morning, I woke up to a cluster of huge blisters on my scar. This was not a "normal reaction," but a low-temperature burn caused by extremely unprofessional operation! When I contacted the clinic, they not only refused to apologize or take responsibility, but repeatedly insisted that "this is a normal reaction to moxibustion." This is absurd! Any trained therapist should know that low-temperature burns often take several hours or even a day to blister—this is basic common sense! They clearly lack professional training and safety awareness. I am extremely disappointed—not only was I injured, but I have also completely lost faith in their sense of responsibility. What's worse, after I shared my experience, I was attacked and insulted by their fans, while the clinic remained silent and showed no remorse. ⚠️ Please think twice before going to this store! No one should get hurt while seeking health and wellness, and no one should be blamed by the victims.

I tried to take a picture of her business but couldn’t find any signs on the building. She’s probably tucked away inside and doesn’t want to be disturbed — which is understandable. Thumbs up to my memory, though!

This is a treatment center which offers Moxibustion 艾療 service. The service is very good and professional. My therapist is female (Merlina? ) who definitely knows what she is doing. I enjoy the service very much. Will return again even though I have to drive 55 minutes to get there. The price is reasonable. I first asked for 60 mins service but ended up doing it for 120 minutes.
