A satisfied customer is a return customer! There is an enclosed parking lot that is locked nightly to ensure the safety of vehicles left overnight. I came out to realize I had a flat tire, I made sure the tire was safe to drive by inflating it with my compressor and drove it to Everbloom repair, Colin helped me out every step of the way, he was very courteous and attentive, I couldn't have left happier about the situation. I brought my car to Frank and his team for my out-of-province safety check (my usual mechanic didn’t do those kinds of checks so they actually recommended me to Everbloom - and I’m glad they did). I ended up needing quite a bit of work done on the car to bring it up to code and the process with Everbloom was fantastic. I’m so incredibly grateful for the level of care/attention, patience, transparency, thoughtfulness, and honesty demonstrated by Frank. He takes the time to clearly explain things to you, keeps you up to date, and is incredibly reasonable and thoughtful with pricing (not pressuring you to fix unnecessary things and finding ways to save you money where he can). It really feels like he and his team cares. I’ve already recommended him to friends and will be returning for regular maintenance/other work in the future.
