DON’T COME HERE!!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dry clean. I came for pickup after 2 weeks and it was not ready … then when I picked it up 1 week later, I found many stains on my suit. Staff did not reimburse and charged $35 for the service that was not the initial agreed price for the service. These guys are scammers!

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I usually go to another coin Laundry that is in the same street, this time i wanted to try this one bc is closer to my house, anyway, The only washer machine that was available was completely moldy, so gross !! The place was dirty too, but i didn't care. I put my clothes into the machine, then i smelled something bad and when i saw the door i started to put my clothes back into my bag and i left the place. I couldn't believe how careless service you've got, it's suppose to be hygienic not the way around, I'll never ever come back.

First experience in a laundromats in Vancouver and I've been quite lucky to find this place. Very helpful and friendly gentleman to help you with the machines and giving you the best tips for what you need. Amazing service! They also have wifi and hot/cold drinks if you decide to wait until your laundry is done. Parking at the rear of the building, very convenient in this busy area. I'll definitely go back there next time.

Really nice laundry place, located near the #20 bus stop. First time going there and really enjoyed the experience. Owner is really nice and caring towards the customers. She will def help, if you have any questions regarding the laundry service. Def coming back to here again. Price is relatively the same as the other laundromat.

Guessing I came on an off day for the staff. She was nice and friendly but the place was a bit dirty, yet all the other reviews say this place is great. Hence why I hope its just a bad day here. Floors dirty, couple machines are leaking onto the floor, and there is a pile of new dryer sheets just stuffed on the floor between a couple dryers. And a towel under a couple machines, presumably to help with the leak. Machines were all very clean inside tho and worked great. Dryers are working well as I write this and everything is reasonably priced. Washers $2.50-$3/load on the ones I used. And $3 in a dryer got me 35 minutes, so thats a plus. Hoping its just an off day for the staff and it is my first time here. Guess I’ll try again and see if it’s better next time, as all the other reviews are good.
