Great service! Every person I encounter was so friendly and went above and beyond. Definitely appreciated the full car safety inspection/ look over and the detailed documentation that came with it all! Definitely recommend 10/10

Happy with service provided. Brought car in for diagnoses, quote, and repair. Shuttled me back home. After receiving quote, when my car wasn’t ready the next day (waiting on parts), they offered me a loaner car at no cost. Because of delay with parts, I had the loaner car all weekend. During whole process, they communicated with me daily. After finding another minor leak, they replaced the seal/gasket at no cost. I think I actually paid less than original quote. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend from my experience!

Oh boy, hardly do we ever have vehicle problems and are happy about it lol. So I had an issue with my vehicle.. most shops said they couldn’t/wouldn’t do the job, leaving me feeling stuck, and with not many options other than replacing many extremely expensive components. After chatting with Nathan and the team, I was able to regain confidence and excitement of a possible repair to have my vehicle back sooner than later. Not only were they able to get my vehicle in right away, they were also able to fix something which seemed almost impossible to most, and for such an honest and real price. I ended up getting more work done there than expected, first because the repair was within reason and extra funds allowed, and second is their service, confidence and honesty along with fair pricing made it a no brainer. I will definitely be returning here for any and all of my future service and repair needs. Thanks again 10/10

Have had a great experience at Europro on two separate occasions. Got a full peace-of-mind inspection and they were very thorough while also being transparent about what exactly was necessary and what repairs I was able to hold off on. Their customer service is great, they are friendly and always make sure I understand everything! I especially appreciate their shuttle and $20/day rental car services, makes bringing the car to the shop for the day that much more convenient. At other places I sometimes have to wait a week or more to get my car in however here I can book online late at night and have my car in by 7:30am the next morning if there’s anything urgent which is also nice. They were able to diagnose and replace my alternator all in one day after booking late the night before!
