Last week I inadvertently locked my keys into my 1937 Buick. Called BCAA and they sent out a technician who attempted to get in using the latest tools but failed after an hour telling me I might need a locksmith but that I should request a second visit from BCAA for a more experience technician and did and he failed as well. I had called Yovan the locksmith after that who came 3 times each time with different tools and finally on that 3rd visit using old time tools and a partner was able to get into the car cleanly without any paint scrapes and gave me the keys. Yovan was very talented and refused to get paid for until he was able to recover the keys and then chargd me for one visit. Unbelievable.

Friendly, helpful staff. Keyed an antique lock for me. Completed the job 2 days earlier than promised and the price was half what they originally quoted. Also, the price was far cheaper than their nearby competitor. This place is a winner.

The lock on our front door broke and Justin from Europe Lock & Key was able replace it without a problem. Since the door is custom made in another country, I was worried we’d have a problem. But, Justin was able to make adjustments and put in a new lock. Thanks for the help!
