It was funny when the hairdresser at this salon said my haircut had been done badly, considering I had actually been to this same salon before. I guess that was a sign to change salons 🥲 Also, they hit my head too much while drying my hair, and my scalp hurt for a few days after the appointment.

Such a wonderful and welcoming salon! Alessia is a true artist and I always love my hair. She is also incredible with my little girl, making her haircut experience so fun and easy. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

I had my hair done today, highlights for full head. My hair stylist was Sheida. It was one of my best experiences with her today. Not only she knew what i needed done with my hair, but she also gave me her input and suggestions. Which made my decision easy and smooth. And as a result it turned out beyond my expectations.I will go back to her again and again. Thank you Sheida. For your great work.

I am extremely disappointed with the service my daughter received for a balayage hair color. She clearly showed the stylist a picture and explained what she wanted, yet the results were far from acceptable. ( Terrible) Also she was quoted $200 but ended up being charged $400 for a mess ....bleached-out hair with dark bangs. The entire process took 5 hours! After she expressed her concerns, they attempted a fix, which required another 5 hours of processing. While they did refund $120 and no charge for fix, this hardly compensates for the damage done to her hair and the considerable inconvenience she experienced. This situation is unacceptable. See attached photos. 😱 The star rating should be negative. - 10 Also the manager Alessia was very unprofessional ... she made my daughter cry over the phone. When I talked to her she said they don't compensate any money for bad service and didn't care about bad reviews.

The photos should tell you all you need to know. Ruined my senior year. Used to come here often but I now realize these hairstylists are incredibly incompetent. This photo was taken right after the appointment by the way, so it wasn’t a matter of styling it. They genuinely just butchered my hair. My hair used to be very low maintenance but now I've had to style my hair every night so I look somewhat decent. The stylist did not pay attention to my hair type at all, otherwise he would've thinned it out like I asked. It has been a pain and has ruined my day to day lifestyle. The more it grows out the more of a pain it becomes. It's clear he did not cut it evenly as well. I am so disappointed.
