I had such an amazing experience with my TruSculpt iD and Flex treatments. From the moment I walked in, Alana made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She’s incredibly kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident and informed the whole time. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and genuinely cares about her clients and their results. For the treatment itself it felt like having a hot water bottle on (warm, relaxing, and much more comfortable than I expected) I couldn’t recommend her enough to anyone considering any treatments! you’ll be in the best hands from start to finish!!

I visited the clinic in August and was treated by Alana, who was kind and offered a discount. Even with the discount, I paid $2,000 for a stomach treatment that showed no results. When I raised the issue, I was told “I can’t control anything beyond my door,” which felt like I was being blamed, despite being very active and exercising regularly. I went in feeling vulnerable and wanting to improve my body image, and instead I felt misled and regret my decision.

Hi, my name is Alistair Green and I am a 54 year-old incomplete tetraplegic who was suffering from a wound on my outer ankle bone on the left side of my body. That was taking years to properly close and see any substantial healing. After 7 visits with Alana, I was able to not only close the wound, but also help it maintain its integrity and collagen strength by building up the strength of my skin again. Normally after pressure wounds, such as that, the skin becomes a lot weaker however thanks to Alana. I was able to strengthen the skin and making it more elastic allowed myself to avoid future pressure wounds. I’m now three years pressure wound free and would still be stuck in the medical rut if not for Alana and her machine, I would highly recommend it to anybody looking for healing of all sorts of different ailments and issues.

I have been a loyal client since 2018. Alana’s level of knowledge and delivery is top notch. I have received treatments from her varying from Ems face and body treatments, to rehabilitating a frozen shoulder - if you have frozen shoulder or an injury you need help with, I highly recommend a series of her flash wave treatments. A few other things worth noting: her spa is conveniently located at the Oak Bay Junction, with ample free parking, her prices are accessible, and she is a lovely person.
