Esso: Touchless Car Wash

First and last time using this car wash. I chose the middle option for $15. This car wash only cleaned the sides of my white SUV and not that great. There was a lot of visible brown dirt still on the top of my hood and the back of my car. I ended up going home to hand wash my car after. I should have read the reviews before coming here. Waste of time and money.

If I could provide a zero star, I would. Do not waster your time or money at this car wash. I asked the attendant to come outside to see that the dirt, grime and soap was still on the vehicle. The attendant was dismissive and direct and said she would not reimburse me for the wash. She did offer me to a re-wash, which I did and the car was still very dirty. I dont understand how the owner can continue to charge $14-$22 for a wash system thst does not work. The dismissive attitude from the attendant was not helpful! I will not go back to this Esso station for anything. Thank you for ripping off your customers.....you should be ashamed.

I bought the most expensive car wash package. I have a grey car, and could visibly see the dirt on my car (after the car wash). I was very disappointed. Didn't even clean my front and rear windows properly. Won't recommend this car wash. Waste of $20

Convenient location, simple operation, my car is cleaned properly without scratches, also has vacuum machines to briefly clean internal parts, though I don't understand why my credit cards cannot work on the vacuum machines. I paid with coins ultimately.

It’s ok, drive down the road across from iHOP that one is better for your $. I drive a Tesla Model 3 and Tesla recommend a touch-less car wash. So this is how I discovered this place. To be honest. Anything that isn’t the $18 Luxury Wash is not worth your money. Trust me I tried them. Just go with the $18 option. And to be honest is “Touch-Less” so I don’t expect it to wash my car 100%. This is more like your every 2 weeks or a month wash to keep you car somewhat clean. If you really want spotless car wash. Then you should go to a detail shop for some detailing.
