Car wash didn’t rinse off my car and soap was all over it. They said they don’t give refunds or rewashes even though it was CLEARLY not washed properly. Even if it did rinse off my car properly the rear of the car wasn’t washed at all. Worst car wash I’ve been to.

I had a very frustrating experience at this car wash today. First, one of the vacuum machines was not working properly and had almost no suction. Because of that, I was forced to pay again and use another vacuum. When I informed the staff, their response was dismissive and irresponsible, saying it was “not their problem” and that I should contact the company instead. After that, I purchased a ticket and used the automatic car wash. Once I exited, several areas of my car were clearly untouched by the brushes — they were not even contacted, not just “poorly cleaned.” I showed this issue to the staff, but again they refused to take responsibility and simply claimed that “the car was too dirty.” I then asked for the manager. Despite clearly showing him multiple untouched areas of the vehicle (as visible in the attached photos), he repeatedly dismissed the issue and continued blaming the condition of the car, without acknowledging the obvious mechanical or calibration problem with the equipment. What made this experience worse than the technical issues was the attitude: no effort to investigate, no attempt to resolve the problem, no customer care, and no accountability — even when presented with clear evidence. I am sharing this review so other customers are aware of both the quality of the service and the way concerns are handled here.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience at the Esso Smart Stop! I didn’t catch the manager’s name (I was in a hurry), but he went above and beyond to help me. He kindly let me go through the wash again to deal with some stubborn tree debris, which was such a lifesaver. The car wash itself is excellent — it even smells nice when you’re driving through, and my kids love the cool light show at night. Great service, clean results, and a place that truly cares about customers. Highly recommended!

I used the car wash at this gas station and was quite disappointed. They offer three pricing tiers, but if you choose the cheapest one, it barely washes your car properly — it's honestly not worth the money. I spoke to the attendant about it, but they were completely indifferent and just said, “That’s the way it is.” There’s absolutely no customer service or willingness to help. Wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re okay with paying more just to get a basic wash done properly.

Don’t use this carwash! It completely scratched my car up. I spoke to the manager, Samar, and he denied that anything occurred despite me showing the receipt that I was just at the car wash. Terrible customer service as well as awful carwash
