Fantastic service and communication. Had struts done on my car and the final bill matched the quote to the cent, and didn't try to upsell me on any services I didn't need. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles to Esslinger going forward!

Dan is incredibly honest and trustworthy. My 2016 GLC developed a PCV issue that could have cost up to $3,000. Instead of charging me for the repair, Dan advised me to first check with a Mercedes service shop to see if it was covered under the extended warranty. Fortunately, it was—saving me a huge expense. I’ve brought my vehicles to him many times over the years, and his integrity and customer-first approach are why I’ll continue to return. Highly recommend!

Dan is the man!. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve had nothing but issues with my truck and I’ve taken it to different places around town but when it comes to getting the job done right at a reasonable price Esslinger is absolutely my new go too shop.

I drive a VW Golf TDI, which until a week ago, I was unaware it has a dual-radiator 'closed loop' system. Due to unforeseen circumstances :) I lost both radiators at the same time. Dan and his team were beyond fantastic with my car. I just finished driving it from Prince George, BC to Calgary, AB, on a single tank of fuel! She ran better than brand new. I'm sure the fuel mileage increased by 20%.

I've now had a 2003 Honda and 2021 Hyundai serviced with Dan and co. Genuine, trustworthy and fair prices. The overall experience was comforting knowing that they care for their customers and quality of service provided. Totally fair and transparent. Front desk kind and responsive. Highly recommend.
