I came to this clinic for a different artist, they were busy and by luck i got Maya. She is absolutely amazing! Quick but her work is great and throughout the whole service, she double checks with you to make sure you like them! I am so happy to have found Maya! I’d give her more stars if I could.

TERRIBLE time management and service. They have no respect for your time and only care about the money. I had an appointment at 2:30 and arrived a bit earlier too. They started my work at 2:45. Before she starts I clearly said what I wanted and that I had to leave by 3:45, and asked her to be honest whether she will finish on time or not, and she said yes don't worry I'll finish on time. Disappointingly she was not anywhere close to being done and I asked to talk to the manager, she was REALLY rude and did not accept that it is their fault and not mine. My nails are half done and I still had to pay for the whole thing. This was a terrible experience for me!!!

I had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff were so friendly and nice, in addition to doing an excellent job and being incredibly efficient. I got a mani-pedi and was done in under an hour! Plus my nails look incredible and my feet and hands feel amazing. The sugar scrub, hot towel with lemon, and massage are such a luxurious added touch. And the price is amazing as well! I couldn't say anything more positive about Essie.

I had a bad experience at this nail salon. One of the employees accidentally spilled cuticle oil on my suede boots. Not only did I not receive an apology, but I still had to pay for my service. When I tried to clean my boots, I realized that oil and suede don’t mix well. I called the salon the same day, and they told me to have my boots professionally cleaned and send them the invoice. However, despite sending an email for written confirmation, I never received a response—even after a month and a half. Since no professional could clean my shoes, I went back to the salon two weeks ago to follow up and book an appointment. I was told the manager was on vacation and that they couldn’t do anything until she returned. Today, I went to my appointment, and apparently, the manager is still on vacation. No compensation, no apology i just pay :)

I had a wonderful first time experience getting my nails done with acrylics. Kate was the one who did my nails and I have to say she did an amazing job! She didn’t cut me once and she was always asking me if I wanted to change anything or if I didn’t like anything. So sweet and she was fast! I definitely recommend!
