When my Lexus SUV broke down out of town, I was stressed—especially with the long weekend, bad weather, and two tow bills already behind me. Thankfully, Ernie’s Golden Garage made the whole experience much easier. Nick got me scheduled in quickly, clearly explained the issues found (alternator and radiator cap) and walked me through the total repair costs so there were no surprises. Ernie’s goes by the book and used OEM parts. The communication was great, and they had my vehicle repaired and back to me in no time. After a rough start being stranded on the road, everything at Ernie’s went smoothly. I truly appreciate the professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend!

An updated review, months later - to underline how consistently great the service is at Ernie's. When I bring my vehicle in, I am heartened to experience that there are still people who genuinely care. About excellence, about their clients...and in the case of vehicle repair, do their utmost to address the variety of complex and simple things that arise. Over and above! Such seasoned, good-humoured and trustworthy help is, yup, Golden... Gratefully, Mel ... Kind, accommodating, respectful and professional ... Ernie and his team are mechanics I can trust!

I had my car towed to Ernie's with engine issues. This was my first time there so I wasn't sure what to expect, but they were able to take my car in very short notice. Long story short, there were a lot more issues than we initially thought, but they were very helpful and worked with me to make sure I wasn't left out to dry and helped me through it all. They also let me keep the courtesy vehicle for the whole time which was a life saver. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!

Very professional Car Repair and Maintenace shop. Very friendly and professional associates in the front desk. Quality of service and the time it takes are second of none. The owner and technicians are highly qualified and experienced in repairing and Maintenace of all Toyota Cars of all models. We've been going to Ernie for more than 20 years. Not only do we trust him 100%, he found a vehicle for us to buy, serviced it for the whole time we had it, and now 15 years later, found a buyer for it when we were ready to sell. Who else would do that? Yes, he and his team take great care of our vehicles, but they also take great care of their customers. Thanks Ernie, we truly appreciate you!
