Honestly so disappointed, horribly rude customer service. Was asking across the store if we needed help, when we did KEVIN didn't come over and actually help HE just stood at the til with our iteams when I went up to ask a question because I'm inexperienced and was looking for a wrap for my hand when lifting weights and wouldn't help us was short and rude about that it just wasn't for what I was asking didn't offer any help to what I needed. And zero help getting an 80pound bag to our car ( I would not recommend Kevin and was not happy that this was the first time I had ever went in and will be looking to go somewhere else to get help and better customer service that Kevin wouldn't give)

My son needed a new bike and with the social distancing it was really difficult. I was able to give them his height and they sent me tons of options and was able to pickup right away. Great service

I've been in to the fitness side a few times to look at barbells, weights etc. I've purchased some items from here but will never go back. Who ever the main guy is that works during the week, on days, has a condescending attitude. He had no answers for simple questions and was zero help. I went over to Flaman fitness and the young lad there was awesome to deal with. Found my product I was looking for right away. Ernie's did not have any of this product and I was told their "suppliers can't get any". Well Flaman had it in stock and I bought it. I also spent a good hour there chatting fitness .Goodbye Ernie's.

Staff know the products and are helpful. Bad news is I'm still fat and out of shape. Apparently just buying a treadmill and placing it in my basement does not burn calories #itsnotthethoughtthatcounts #nowillpower
