We had an amazing experience today… my mom and I absolutely LOVE our new art… we’re already planning our next pieces next visit to the city… we can’t say enough good things about our experience, it was clean, comfortable, and the artist Russ is well…… exceptional! We also witnessed some of the others at their craft while we were in today…. She was also awesome! Thanks so much to Pip and gang for making us feel so welcome! While we were grateful to be walk ins today, we will definitely book ahead next time to be sure and catch you!

I got all my piercings done here by Pip. He’s super awesome and professional. He’s also very patient and knows what he’s doing. I had no infections with any of my piercing and I also barely felt any pain (didn’t even feel my conch piercing). Pip also has great humour which makes the whole experience more fun and less stressful. I wouldn’t wanna go anywhere else for my piercings!

My daughter got her second earlobe piercing done by Pip! Excellent work. Everything is sterilized and he is very patient, gentle and professional. I ended up getting mine to match her too! I highly recommend Envy ink.

I took my daughters to get their ears pierced by Pip. He is very patient, gentle, relaxed and fun at the same time. One of my daughters had a tough time between her first and second ear and he was helpful and did not rush her. He makes it clear that it’s all their choice and whatever they decide is ok. All is very hygienic and lots of jewelry to choose from. No infections. And they got lollipops to top it off.

I had an awesome experience getting my second lobe piercings done by Cory earlier this month! My first lobes were done when I was an infant, so it was my first ever experience getting pierced and dealing with the healing process myself. Cory was really great throughout the whole appointment and took the time to patiently explain the process and what he was doing, which helped ease any anxiety I had. I really appreciated how he marked where he was going to pierce with a marker first to ensure that I liked the placement. He was also very careful to make sure that they were even and symmetrical on both of my ears, which was important to me. At the end of the appointment, he gave me his Instagram so that I could contact him for any piercing questions. When I did reach out to him during the healing process with a question, he responded in a timely manner and was very helpful. Overall I had a great experience and I super recommend Cory, especially if you’re coming in for your first ever piercing appointment like I did. :)
