Very disappointing experience. And from other reviews I can see the exact same thing happened to someone else with this color. I brought my very expensive free people brand sweater to get a tiny stain out ( circled) and it came back with horrible stains and the entire thing discolored/yellow. They re did it , same result. Then they argued it came in like that … couldn’t have cared less with my disappointment , best part … the owner was standing right there listening to my entire conversation and didn’t intervene. 230.00 dollars down the drain. Save yourself a similar experience and don’t take your business here.

My suits came back clean but they had a really really strong weird chemical smell. That's the only reason I wouldn't go back. Otherwise completion speed was good.

Had dropped off my suit along with a shirt and a tie. The tie was white and when I picked it up it had yellow stains all over it. The cleaners told me that I must have had wine or something that was hard to get out which was false, the tie looks like they had some kind of chemical reaction with it and I wish I took a picture before dropping it off as it did not have stains like that. I also lost one of the collars keeper in the shirt and the other one is all warped. Not sure if this is their first time to clean a shirt and tie but I’m not impressed and I am not happy with the service. When I asked for a refund I was told to call on Monday for the manager, I picked this up on a Friday during normal work hours.
