He kept me upto date on the progress and even let me know of other things that may require attention. No need for a tow truck to a shop. Carl is very friendly, personable and professional. He was on time, came to my location and was very thorough while still respecting my time. His diagnosis of my vehicle's issue was spot on despite the error code being very vague. He checked a few options of what it might be before settling on what was the correct solution. His accurate assessment saved me $200-$300. His price for service was extremely fair and followed up with me after I gave him feedback that his diagnostic was correct. Carl has been a godsend, from the moment I first called him he’s been the most helpful, thorough and reliable mechanic I could hope to find. He diagnoses issues very quickly, is highly equipped and does his best to take care of his clients. He saved my brother and I likely hundreds of dollars not having to take the vehicle into a shop and was able to quickly diagnose and repair some electrical issues we were having with my brothers Saturn. After having attempted to solve issues on our own in which we caused slightly more damage, I am very happy that we gave enterprise motors a call and had him fix our little blunder.
