Update to this October 2025 - unable to resolve this directly with owner, Aimee, so went to small claims court (as the expense was over $1000) and I was awarded a judgement against this company - meaning the court confirms she owes me the $ to be refunded. She has received the judgement and has not paid the money back to me. This means I will now need to take other means to collect. And my judgement is not the only one in place against her company. Buyer beware - do not enter into any arrangement with Aimee that involves payment for future services. When services not received, she will not reimburse your money, even though courts have found her to be in breach and that she is ordered to repay the money. Not a business owner anyone should want to work with. April 2024 - have been having derma planing services at this business for the past 5 years (averaging 6X a year), working with an excellent technician Jill. Never had any issues with her work. Jill left this location. Last derma planing was by owner, Aimee, who'd I'd never met before nor seen in the shop in the 5+ years I've been going there.. Absolute WORST results of derma planing treatment, as during the process she admitted to not having the proper tool. Apparently Jill had taken the ones they had!? Currently in a dispute to get my money back for prepaid services that I will not be receiving, as I will not be returning to this shop. Aimee was super nasty with me when I went to the shop to discuss this with her. Actually used this words "you are a terrible human" What business owner says those things when someone brings their shoddy workmanship to their attention. Added: I've read a majority of the Google reviews that are not positive and it appears in every case the response is combative and there is zero accountability to wards the client issues experienced. Not refunding money pre-paid for services that will no longer be provided is outright theft. I'd like to receive a copy of that document you said I signed that says there are no refunds. I want to confirm it says for pre-paid services. I see in past reviews you have not been able to provide evidence of any such contracts. Poor way to run a business when you can't own up to your own poor workmanship.

It works! I first went to see Aimee about a year ago for a consult to get laser for a sun spot on my cheek. We talked about my skin as a whole, and I have dealt with hormonal acne for over 26 years. I can't believe it some days, I don't need to wear make up anymore unless I want to, and my skin has never looked more radiant and clear. I see Aimee on the regular for laser hair removal on my face, photo facials and medical facials. I also buy my Jane Iredale make up from her too. She cares so much about her patient's and truly takes the time to find out what will work best for each individual. Aimee is so caring, incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and I fully trust to put my skin care needs in her very capable hands.
