I had a Hydrafacial and dermaplaning with Lacey today, and the experience was incredible. She took the time to explain each step of the process, which made me feel comfortable and confident throughout the treatment. The relaxing music and calm atmosphere made the whole appointment feel like a true escape.
My skin looks and feels like glass—so smooth and glowing! I’m absolutely in love with the results. I’ve already booked my next appointment for next month and can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend seeing Lacey if you’re looking for amazing results and a wonderfully relaxing experience.

I am extremely satisfied with my results from a half syringe lip filler from NP Colleen Cartier. The space is clean, and the ladies are beyond professional. Great bedside manner from Colleen and I will definitely be back for more, just don't tell my husband!

I am writing this to address the owner’s response to my friend’s recent review (see Yasmin Mohamed's review below). It is deeply concerning that the clinic deleted their initial apology (attached below) which admitted they "fell short"—only to replace it with a defensive response that misrepresents the facts of our visit.
To the owner who wrote the second response:
1. Dishonesty about the schedule: You claimed you were "exceptionally busy" and that we were a "last-minute" booking. We booked three days in advance, and when we arrived, the waiting room was completely empty.
2. You claimed we were a "last-minute" appointment: We booked our appointments three days in advance. To frame us as a "squeeze-in" to excuse poor service is dishonest.
3. Lack of Basic Knowledge: You mentioned "careful assessment," yet the nurse could not even tell us the ingredients or dosages of the IV treatments we were paying for. Expecting a patient to be comfortable with an IV when the medical professional can't explain what is in the bag is a massive red flag.
4. Total Lack of Care: Safety and comfort were non-existent. The nurse appeared distressed herself, ignored our concerns during the procedure, and left the room without even offering bandages while we were bleeding and in pain.
5. Instead of taking responsibility, you’ve attempted to blame our physical pain and the nurse’s lack of skill on our 'anxiety.' This is a blatant attempt to flip the narrative. We arrived prepared and ready to become long-term bi-weekly clients, but we left feeling neglected and physically hurt by your staff’s incompetence.
Instead of taking accountability, you have chosen to hide behind excuses. Telling a customer to "reach out" after you have already publicly dismissed and minimized their experience is not good service—it is damage control.
To potential clients: Please read the review posted by my friend regarding the actual medical details of our visit. This establishment showed a complete lack of accountability and professional competence. I strongly suggest going elsewhere.

My friend and I conducted extensive research on IV therapy clinics before deciding to visit this location. Prior to arrival, we called to inform the clinic that we would be running approximately 15 minutes late. Upon arrival, we waited an additional 30 minutes before being seen by Nurse Colleen Cartier.
When we explained which IV treatments we were interested in, the nurse listened but provided minimal information. When I asked her to confirm the ingredients and dosages of the IV options, she was unable to do so. During the IV insertion, she had significant difficulty locating and accessing my vein, causing considerable pain before the catheter was finally placed. After insertion, there was an additional 15-minute delay while the IV solution was prepared, during which time the site began to leak as she attempted to start my friend’s IV before the medication was ready.
While administering my friend’s IV, the nurse attempted to insert the needle while my friend’s arm was bent. I advised that her arm be straightened, but the nurse did not respond and continued pushing the needle despite resistance. My friend experienced extreme pain and began screaming. The nurse eventually stopped, offered no reassurance, and suggested using a warm towel while my friend was bleeding heavily.
After the nurse left the room, both of us were in pain and emotionally distressed. We felt anxious about continuing, as the nurse appeared uncertain and lacked confidence in the procedures. When she returned, I explained that we did not feel comfortable proceeding due to safety concerns and what we perceived as a lack of experience and professionalism. Our concerns were not acknowledged. While removing my catheter, the nurse appeared frustrated and asked my friend in an abrupt manner “what about you, are you doing it or what?” Which we found inappropriate and concerning.
The nurse then left the room without providing basic wound care or bandages; we had to request them before she exited. At the beginning of our visit, we had clearly stated that we intended to attend weekly treatments, making this experience particularly disappointing.
Based on this visit, we cannot recommend this establishment. The experience raised serious concerns regarding patient safety, professionalism, and clinical competence.

Kim is professional and fast, it's obvious that she's well educated in the laser. The spa is always clean and quiet. Happy to see a lot less hair after the first couple of rounds. The brazilian/armpit package is a good deal, and listing the prices on the website is always a good sign for an aesthetician. Best part, they take Saturday appointments. Worth the drive to St Albert.
