Our solar panel journey began beginning of June. After a long debate, we finally jumped in. We researched multiple solar companies. Energy Smart was far best. They were not the cheapest, but they check all our boxes. Because they have been in the industry for a while now, we know they are credible company, and they will be there to answer if we have problems. When we decided to go with ES, they offered if we needed help with our Greener home loan application. We declined the offer since it was pretty easy application anyway. It was still a nice gesture that they are willing to help. After about 6 weeks, we had our solar panels installed in the beginning of August. Within this 6 weeks, Adrien was the very patient lady to update me with the process. She was very patient with us and promptly replied our emails. Christine on the other hand was very helpful with the transactions. We didn't have to visit the office to pay our bills. The installers and whole crew was great. They were hard workers, polite, knew their work, fast and reliable. It took three days to work on our panels. It was supposed to be 2 days but it was the heat that delayed us which was acceptable. After the installation, the guy-sorry I forgot the name, was there to explain the solar club and other things about our panels. He was very thorough. We were so happy with the company, we even had them installed our new hot water heater. The installers were also professional and quick. To all the Energy Smart team, Thanks so much for your hard work. Well done,team!

Energy Smart Canada in Lethbridge just installed solar panels on my home, and the whole process was excellent. The team designed a system that fit perfectly with my energy use and explained how the Solar Club rates in Alberta would help cut my power bills. The installers were professional, quick, and very tidy. I’m already seeing savings on my electricity costs, and it feels good knowing I’m supporting a local Southern Alberta company with 25+ years of experience. Highly recommend them if you’re looking at solar panels or renewable energy solutions in Alberta.
