Came here for a suspension noise on my Tesla. They told me it only needed lubrication and charged me for it, but the noise didn’t improve at all — not even 1%. Clearly the issue was misdiagnosed. I would recommend getting a second opinion before trusting their diagnosis.

Great service. Have been bringing my vehicles to Energy Automotive for almost 8 years now. Recently got quoted 10,000 from the Volkswagen dealership as they said my rear differential needed to be replaced. The team at Energy Automotive showed us that was not the case. They kept it honest and saved us thousands of dollars. Highly recommend going to Energy for all your repair needs!

Paid $500 for brake pads + sum rotor work that was recommended by the mechanic at the shop,5 months ago. and my Brakes been making noise since and i asked sum other people and they said its normal with these European cars, but lately, It started making so much noise, so I took it to this—European specialist shop in richmond to get them checked and the guy immediately, ask me where i got these pads from and I asked him what happened, he told me these are really cheap Amazon-style pads were installed, way overpriced for that quality. Felt ripped off with no heads-up on the cheap parts. I don’t care about the pricing, he charged me,—it’s about safety. If the brakes didn’t hold during a sudden stop or highway merge, it could have caused an accident, serious damage to my car, or even put lives at risk (mine, my family’s, or others on the road). No transparency on the cheap parts used.

I cannot say enough about this shop! My car had a few issues come up that needed to be resolved ASAP, Shawn was amazing and got me in. Finding an honest mechanic isn't easy and I'm so grateful I found Shawn as they are the best in the business! Thank you!
