They truly take the time to understand your individual skin concerns and customize everything to what your skin actually needs. You can tell they care about long-term skin health. This salon will teach you how to care for your skin at home and provide samples of high-end products for the clients to use. I literally drive almost TWO hours all the way from Seattle, WA just to come here — and that alone says everything. The service, the professionalism, and the results are absolutely worth it. I had the absolute BEST facial with Alana McKay and I cannot recommend her enough. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. You can tell right away that she’s not only incredibly knowledgeable, but truly passionate about skincare and helping people feel their best. She took the time to really listen to my skin concerns, explain what she was doing at each step, and tailor everything specifically to my skin. Nothing felt rushed or “one size fits all” — it was completely personalized, thoughtful, and intentional. The facial itself was insanely relaxing (I could’ve fallen asleep 😅), but at the same time I left feeling refreshed, glowing, and confident in my skin. Karen is truly amazing, and her staff is just as wonderful—sweet, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything they’re doing and are so well-informed about every product they use and carry.
