Receptionist and staff very friendly and accommodating. I had concerns regarding a couple of my teeth and Dr Lu showed me Xrays and advised and explained the best treatment for those teeth before beginning work which was very assuring. I was very pleased with outcome and will definitely be going back.

I had a an appointment for fillings. Everything went well. The staff and Dr Jung are professional and carrying. I like that they have advanced equipment for taking pictures on the tooth before during and after filling. Dr Jung explained the process they are also generous if more work requires they don't charge for every little job. My fillings and teeth are fine

I'm so glad I chose Encore. Their online appointment portal was easy to use and they sent all the paperwork and questionnaire ahead so that I didn't have to show up earlier at the clinic to do them. They also sent ahead to my insurance company to estimate how much I'd have to pay for my initial appointment and subsequent treatments. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and my hygienist (sorry, I forgot her name!) was so nice and gentle. I had a couple of cavities that needed filling and Dr. Jung was able to do them in less than an hour! She was so good and I had minimal discomfort. I will definitely recommend this clinic to my family and friends.

Awesome friendly staff. Loved my Dentist - I was very nervous but she made everything effort to make me feel calm. Very informative, I always knew what they were doing. I saw photos of the completed work. Highly recommend the Encore Dental Team.
