We broke down on the highway with what appeared to be a huge electrical problem, had to overnight in Brooks. Called Jake at Encore and even though they were short staffed we were able to get in. Encore did due diligence in diagnostic and determined it was a faulty battery, my bill was a fraction of what was expected. It is wonderful to come across honest hard working professionals in a time of need. Thank you Jake and all the staff.

They were great at diagnosing my issue. I had a noise and they were quick to figure it out and fix it. Diagnosis and repair was only a few hours total. Great pricing (lower than expected). Fast and reliable. Would definitely recommend. I will not go anywhere else.

Jake and the team Abe saved our day when our tuck snapped 4 out of the 6 lug bolts 30 minutes out of town. They got us in the shop , had the parts waiting there for us and fixed perfectly and we were on the road within an hour They made it affordable, they were a Very professional , knowledgeable team and made us feel welcome.
