paid $78 for an ombré set that came out patchy, uneven, blotchy and poorly blended. the shape is fine but the polish looks rushed and unprofessional. trusted the process but it wasn’t worth the price.

I had my nails painted at Enchanted Nails yesterday, and it was the best attention and care I’ve experienced at any nail salon in Edmonton not that I have tried many but at least three. Trang (spelling could be wrong), originally from Vietnam, is truly the best. She is patient, kind, and incredibly meticulous. She took her time to make sure my nails were completely dry before I left — something most places don’t do, especially when they’re busy and trying to move clients through quickly. The nail drier they use was a huge bonus and made the finish smooth, flawless, and fully set before I walked out. Trang’s gentle manner and professionalism made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable, and I will absolutely be returning and requesting her again. Even though there are salons closer to my home, the quality of service here makes the trip worth it. Next time, I’ll treat myself to a pedicure as well. Highly recommended for anyone wanting beautiful nails and exceptional, unhurried service and conveniently located in #WEM. I even made a new friend whilst waiting for my nails to dry and the charge was so reasonable!!!

This place is such a delight! The atmosphere is warm and peaceful, and the staff are not only professional but also incredibly friendly. They really know how to make you feel right at home. I have to mention MYA is one of the sweetest people ever! Because of her and the wonderful experience overall, I can’t wait to come back!

I came here to get my nails done for an upcoming wedding that I’m a bridesmaid for. I showed them my initial inspiration picture and they immediately said no they can’t do that (it was an acrylic flower), so I found something more simple for them to do. Throughout the service the lady doing my nails was very rude, at one point I tried to adjust my sweater and she yelled at me to not touch my skin, with no prior warning or direction. Another instance I had my hand in the nail curing machine and she started yelling at me to shut it off and that my hand should’ve only been in there for 15 seconds, again, with no prior warning or direction. It felt like she was rushing the whole service, and you can see that she was when you look at my nails. The nails are very lumpy, some spots on my nails she missed completely, and she over filed my nails. I also left with polish all over my fingers that I had to take off myself. Also, for $89 there should be no room for sloppy mistakes and rude service like this.
