I went to Moe for my basketball injury and he guided me through the process for rehabilitation. During the process, he provided me with exercises that catered towards me and adhered to every concern I had. Overall, he's very knowledgeable, approachable and up to date with his treatment methods, I can't recommend him enough. On a side note, Fariha and Nadia were wonderful as well. Thank you guys!

I had a labrum tear in my shoulder and came to Empower Physiotherapy after struggling with pain and limited movement. From the very first appointment, I felt listened to and taken seriously. They did a thorough assessment, explained exactly what was going on with my shoulder, and laid out a clear rehab plan that actually made sense. The rehab was progressive and tailored to me. Every session built on the last and nothing felt rushed or generic. They were extremely knowledgeable, paid close attention to technique, and made sure I understood why I was doing each exercise. Over time my pain decreased, my strength came back, and my confidence using my shoulder fully returned. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared about my recovery and long term outcome, not just getting me through appointments. I would absolutely recommend Empower Physiotherapy to anyone dealing with a shoulder injury or looking for high quality rehab and care.

What can be truly said that would do justice to the care and service at Empower Physiotherapy. Well, firstly, the 1 on 1 care and attention is top notch. Secondly, the staff treat you with respect and kindness. Thirdly, the peace of mind that is provided by knowing a plan will be put into place tailored to your needs is excellent. With an achilles tendon rupture that required months of care and attention, I felt I was given the confidence and attention to successfully heal and move forward. Overall, I will be recommending Empower Physiotherapy to anyone that is seeking treatment.

I had a great experience with physiotherapist, Mohammed Hamdon. I went in with vertigo, neck, and jaw tension, and after just a few treatments, I felt so much better. He is knowledgeable, patient, and really helped me understand what was going on. The clinic itself is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, I’m very happy with the care and service I received. I highly recommend!
