I had an excellent experience at Empire Dental with Dr. Dhaval and his team. The front desk staff were warm, organized, and made check‑in and insurance direct billing incredibly easy. Dr. Dhaval took the time to explain my X‑rays and treatment options in plain language, never making me feel rushed or pressured into anything. The actual procedure was remarkably comfortable; he checked in with me often. The appointment booking and reminders are smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Empire Dental and Dr. Dhaval to anyone in Kamloops looking for a skilled, caring dentist and a genuinely friendly team.

Been going here for 2 years after the recommendation from my sister. It’s always a lovely time and I always feel my teeth are healthier when I leave. Today I also got some recommendations for dry mouth and a wash that’ll help prevent cavities that are seen to be coming. Will continue to come here! Also even though it’s someone different every time I’m here, it’s always been such a lovely experience

Great experience. Excellent customer service. The staff are always making sure your comfortable and not in any discomfort or pain. They also do an excellent job cleaning a fixing your teeth. They also do a great job explaining what going on with your teeth. Definitely my best dental experience and recommend anyone that is looking for a smooth dental experience to come here.
