Embrace is the perfect name for this practice because you always feel so welcomed and comfortable in the care of this team. I see Christine for acupuncture and she is so gentle I always end up having a nap. Nicole is my massage therapist and always leaves me feeling so relaxed and I see Lindsay for my pelvic floor physiotherapy after having my baby four months ago and she quite literally worked magic! Thank you to the whole team, I love coming to see you all!

6/5 Kendra is absolutely amazing and gauges how much strength to use on you real-time taking in your feedback. She can be gentle and relaxing, or go as hard as feeling like she's scraping the connective tissues from your muscles right off of your bone (in a good way, lol)! I'm only hesitant to write the review cause I don't ya'll to book her time up on me lol

I've been seeing Marhanda for treatment after a hamstring tear, and thanks to her care and expertise, my injury has healed. She's supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring, with a sunny disposition that makes every session positive and welcoming. Marhanda makes you feel comfortable and more like a friend than just a patient. We're now working on other old injuries, and I truly appreciate her dedication and attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Marhanda is an absolutely incredible physiotherapist and person! I have been seeing her through my pregnancy, postpartum and now for back issues and she has been pivotal in my healing journey! She has been the only one who is able to help with certain chronic issues, she honestly has the magic touch! Not only is she great and what she does but is so personable, kind and genuine in her approach which is rare these days. I always enjoy my treatments with her and can’t recommend her enough! :)
