They’re incredible, if above and beyond had a picture in the dictionary, it would be a picture of them! Every few months there’s maintenance done where we live (it’s a military housing neighborhood) and we have lived here for close to 5 years. Every single company they send is a nightmare. My hypothesis is that they know the tenants aren’t the paying customers, so they’re super unprofessional. I have so many stories!!! These things are often scheduled when my husband is away for months on end. I have to sometimes miss work and it’s so stressful every single time. But when EM electrical contacted me, it was such a breath of fresh air. They went above and beyond to make sure it could be on a day I could take my dogs out of the house. They were so friendly and cooperative. Most companies don’t even reply to emails and just show up to your house, no joke! But it gets even better. They even did extra work they noticed we probably needed electrical work for and did it for free. It took me months to notice but when I did I was floored! I’m still in fact not over it! How sweet? How nice?? I will always preach the EM electrical gospel to anyone who wants to hear. They don’t make companies like this anymore I’m telling you! I never realized adulthood would mean having a favourite electrical company but here we are!

I asked EM electrical (Eric) to do the work on a small home renovation. Throughout the process, I felt that I was a valued customer by receiving good and timely communication. When it came time for the work, Randy came on time and ready to go. After a quick conversation to plan the work, he got right to it. I peeked in on the work a couple times, and could see by Randy's pace and the progress that he was working diligently and efficiently. I'm very happy with the result and would definitely recommend EM electrical.

Prompt response with excellent service. Contracted to install 240/50 receptacle in garage for electric vehicle charging. Randy arrived with all equipment and materials required for the job but used as much existing material to minimize cost. A very neat installation and he cleaned the area when he was done. Highly recommend this firm.
