Not sure who these people have working the front desk I’ve called a few times and some grumpy grouch man answers barely provides any information makes the call super awkward and gives attitude … maybe some customer service training would help this grumpy guy or maybe he should change his job if he’s that miserable .. absolutely pathetic will never bring my business here again

Went there for my insurance claim and they didn’t hook up my hood latch at all. The first time couldn’t open went back went back there and they redid it but now it will halfway unlock flying by semi’s on the highway And they didn’t secure all the Wheel fenders 100% properly Stupid little stuff,

I had a minor tail light and rear bumper repair done: fantastic and efficient job. However, I left the shop teary eyed! Im in the overwhelmed-mom stage of life and dropped off my vehicle in embarassing condition with crumbs, socks, stickers, toys everywhere... it was bad. I should have clened it out prior but Im too tired to care (if you know, you know). THEY CLEANED INSIDE THE CAR. Didn't guilt me or mention it, but its clean. Im so grateful.

I came with a friend and help fix her bumper that was sticking out. We came at 8AM so we were the first customers and we were served right away. The guy at the front fixed her bumper in less than 20 minutes and we were out of there! I highly recommend this place.
