The staff is amazing as they accommodated our last minute walk in request despite never having been here before. We had to wait a little, but it was fairly quick. The doctor was nice and spent time listening to our concerns and checking our cat thoroughly. I also love the proximity and the availability of various pet products (specialty food, treats, toys, etc.) adjacent to the clinic making it easy to shop during a visit. Was an easy first visit and makes it easier for a follow up if needed.

Amazing place! Handled my kitten so well during his surgery. I was so happy with Dr. Hanna's care during our conversations. He truly explained everything in detail and I will be coming back for any medical needs. I loved the transparency and information I got from pamplets to a detailed bill to any questions i had answered. The clinic has a very nice and welcoming culture.

The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming, and the pricing was quite affordable. Dr. Hanna took the time to clearly explain all of their services and provided excellent advice on how to keep my dog healthy. My dog can be a bit anxious and sassy, but the staff did a wonderful job handling him and making the visit go smoothly. At the end of the appointment, we received a thoughtful welcome bag that included a toy my dog really enjoyed. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this clinic.

HIghly Recommend! So incredibly thankful to the Doctors and Staff for saving our Kitty Kitty 💕 after swallowing a needle and thread, our kitty needed emergency surgery and we were referred to go here. So grateful!! For a number of reasons. First the drs explained in detail how surgery and the care after would go. I left her there confident they were going to do everything they could for her. I received updates on her and didn't have to worry as she was in good hands. When picking her up I received detailed information on how to help with her healing and what I especially liked is no hidden cost. The fees for her surgery were very reasonable!!! The hospital is so very clean but what I especially liked was the friendly calm vibe :) ( much needed for the stressed out furr mama lol ) I am so very happy with our experience that I am having our files moved to make this our furrever hospital. 🐾💕 To the doctors and staff that saved Kitty Kitty....from the tip of her tail to the bottom of our hearts...we thank you!!
