Words can't fully communicate how incredibly talented and kind Elizabeth is. She was my physio in Vancouver and I started seeing her after a MVA. Elizabeth keeps up with all the latest research and goes above and beyond trying to find solutions to your problems. Not only is she technically skilled, but her kind and caring disposition has helped through some very difficult times. She's one of those people you wouldn't hesitate to recommend to your loved ones. I don't write many reviews, but Elizabeth is a true gem.

Elizabeth is a very knowledgeable and caring physiotherapist. I saw her for a couple different injuries, and in both cases, she provided useful exercises and a range of treatment modalities. I felt very confident in her ability to help me work through the issues I was facing.

When I first met Elizabeth she was 'simply' a talented yoga teacher, who used her knowledge of dance and kinesiology to challenge her students and deepen their yoga practice. Under her warm and encouraging guidance I began doing things I didn't think I was capable of, and found my core for the very first time! Elizabeth brings the same warmth, curiosity, and deep knowledge to her physiotherapy practice. She recently helped me with a stubborn shoulder problem, working with me to explore different options until we found a solution. I highly recommend Elizabeth: she is both effective and a pleasure to work with.

Before seeing Elizabeth in November of 2019, I was suffering from daily moderate to severe tailbone pain for almost 2 years. Elizabeth was amazing to work with and she really listened to my concerns and needs (and even let me vent about motherhood concerns!). She will provide you with assessment options depending on your comfort level and will also give her professional opinion on treatments. After trialing different treatments (and when the pandemic finally opened up to more private health care professionals working again), we finally found the right treatment that brought me to eventually being tailbone pain free! I can’t thank her enough for being at the forefront of my recovery!
