Jamie is an amazing hairstylist!! I have long hair wih no bangs, decided to go for a fringe cut which can feel like a drastic change. She nailed it! Its exactly what i wanted, i left feeling like a smokeshow. She is professional, and the conversation was delightful. I'd rate Jamie as a 20/10 if i could. Thank you Jamie!

I had a really great experience with Jamie today. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her hands were very gentle, and she always made sure I was okay during the whole service. She clearly explained the products she was using and also listened carefully to the haircut I wanted. I really appreciated how patient and attentive she was. I’m honestly so happy with my haircut. It turned out beautiful and it was definitely worth the price. Highly recommended!

Very professional, skilled, and knowledgeable! I shared some ideas with Samantha and she took it to the next level. I couldn’t be happier. My cut is easy to style, gave me the volume i am looking for, and overall makes me look like a brown Brad Pitt. I suggest seeing her if you want to look and feel like a million bucks. Kyleigh Did amazing! I was so grateful to come in, I get anxious about any hair being cut (I went in for a micro trim) and she did amazing my hair feels soft and healthy again without losing inches (I’ve been desperately trying to grow healthy). The service was amazing, she was very kind and had rationales for my questions, which I appreciated. Thank you! Will definitely be coming again

Had gone in to add a bit of layers to my haircut since it was bulky in some areas and to exaggerate more of my face framing, but stated that I still liked the shape and length of my hair. She gave me some suggestions I agreed with and she began cutting. At some point, I was suggested to cut a certain area that was giving the stylist a difficult time, I told her I trusted her judgment with the understanding she knew I did not want it shortened too much then she cut it. When it continued to give her a hard time she sprayed it down with water and when it would not sit how she’d like she ended up cutting much more, which I did not have my glasses on for so I could not see what was being cut. I feel this is where things went very wrong for the intended cut. When I was finally told to put on my glasses, and was told to feel around the side she had cut I expressed I did not expect her to cut so much, but she might as well make it even. With my glasses off, there was even more hair cut, since I felt it was too disconnected from the back. I was very taken aback when the cut was finally over, but assumed it was just how it was styled since I was given various styling tips on how to “face frame” until I got home. I messed around more, and realized that all the hair to make face framing was cut off and how much length was truly lost. The final result was not at all the length I came in with, and while I understand some areas would end up shortened when I went back the following day I was told that I had agreed to all the steps involved, and that they had even taken extra time out of what I booked to finish the cut and they could help me with tips to style it. I ended up crying, and showed the hair I had gone in with to compare the length difference expressing I do not feel it is fair I have to pay when I did not agree to this sort of style at all. I was given my refund after a bit of arguing with the things mentioned above, but was told to leave instead of receiving tips on how to style this hair I was not at all prepared for. I feel it was highly disrespectful how I was treated, despite crying I remained extremely polite and even apologized if I had made the stylist uncomfortable for crying and even offered to not take the refund if I could be given tips to style it, but was denied since she told me she just personally doesn’t want to go forward with that. I did not argue, and said I understood then left. I do not mean this as a slander review, as I understand mistakes happen and my stylist was incredibly nice when I came in the first time to get layers, but it is the very disrespectful treatment when I came back by blaming it on me when I was very clear with what I wanted and then was told “it’s actually not that much shorter.”. It was not about getting my money back, it was feeling unjustified in having to pay when I did not get what I asked for, then was denied any suggestions on how to make it work. I asked for layers to add definition and to make it less heavy, along with face framing. I did not agree to this at all. Edit for readers after the owners comment: I will make it known I had told the stylist I liked my length and shape, just wanted more layers. Please do not lie when commenting to bad reviews just to avoid accountability. It is so, so incredibly untrue that I said my hair was already shorter than desired.
