I had a great experience with pelvic floor physiotherapy here. Elham and the staff are extremely kind, professional, and make you feel comfortable from the very first visit. Everything was explained clearly, and I always felt listened to and supported. The care felt very personalized, and I noticed real improvement with each session. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and knowledgeable pelvic floor care.

I have been to a number of Physiotherapy clinics for over 20 years but this is the first time that I felt in good hands. Elham Elmadawy literally restored my faith in Physiotherapy and its ability to heal and get results. I was in extreme pain and Elham helped me get my mobility back and get rid of the pain. She knows what she is doing and the exercises she gave me helped a lot. I am so thankful. I cannot forget to mention her stuff. They are all caring and treat you with professionalism and kindness. I can’t recommend Ms. Elham enough. Over the past two years, she has helped me fix issues with my knee, lower back, and wrist, and the results have been amazing. She is very skilled, professional, and truly cares about her patients. Every session felt thoughtful and effective, and I’m really thankful for her help. Her team is also wonderful. The front desk staff Ann is always friendly and organized, and the two assistant therapists are very patient, kind, and professional. They make the whole experience comfortable and stress-free. I also love the music they give which makes me so relaxed every time! Overall, it’s a great clinic with an excellent team. Thank you, Ms. Elham, for all your support and care!

The administrative team is wonderful; always friendly, organized, and ready to help with scheduling or any questions. The therapy assistant is also amazing, supportive, and attentive during each session, making sure everything runs smoothly and comfortably. Absolutely Amazing Experience at Elite Physio! I came in with a neck strain issue and left feeling relieved and pain free — all thanks to the incredible team here! Elham, my physiotherapist, was phenomenal. She took the time to truly understand the root of my problem, listened attentively, and tailored a treatment plan that was both effective and reassuring. Her use of techniques like cupping and acupuncture added a whole new dimension to the healing process — I could feel the difference almost immediately! The assistant, Amrit was equally amazing — she guided me through each exercise with care and precision, ensuring I was doing them correctly and safely. Their regular check-ins made me feel supported throughout the entire session. A big shoutout to the receptionist, Ann as well — scheduling appointments (and follow-ups!) was a breeze. Friendly, efficient, and always accommodating. Also, kudos to the clinic for investing in new equipment — everything felt modern, clean, and designed to enhance the patient experience. Highly recommend!
