Bad place person owning has a different perspective of how to use the equipment, i have a different id so be careful how you are using the equipment owner could have a different id and kick you out. Just saying

Arrogant and abusive owner, doesn’t know the meaning of customer service We just asking a question about cleaning but he got angry for no reason, there was another customer who got the same problem but instead of answering the question he said leave the property and don’t come back How rude and disrespectful he was can’t explain He called a a cop on us, we paid for service that we deserve. We said let us dry then we will leave or give us our money back we will leave now He was threatening us like he owns the delta police then officers came we told the story then we dried out our vehicle and left We did what we were already saying but this crazy owner did not listen he has a anger issues we noticed before that always shouting on customers this is story of everyday Saying everybody leave and don’t come back is not working each time

I've been a customer here for years, but the past few washes have been nothing but problems. This time the soap didn't work at all, so my car basically went through the wash with just water. Then the vacuum at Detailing Station 1 was completely broken - again, no sign, no warning. It feels like there's a new issue every time I come here lately. For a place that's open 24 hours, it's ridiculous that the help line shuts down at 4 PM, leaving customers with no support and no way to fix the situation if something goes wrong after that. I'm honestly done. I've given this place more than enough chances, but the quality has gone downhill and it's just not worth my money anymore.

Basic Wash $19 $18.05/ +tax Two Soaps Rinse Flash Dry Spot Free Rinse?? This service gets you NOTHING! A lot of noise, water and soap and my car is dirtier than before! When I got out, there was a full layer of dirt on my car and nobody on site to complain to. I would like my money back. Thanks. I'm not coming to this place ever again.

This place is so bad. Took my car here and used the pre soak, high pressure soap, high pressure rinse AND took it through the touchless wash at the most expensive selection and my car is still dirty. $38 later. Barely any soap comes out of the pre soak, not to mention it takes 30 seconds to switch to a different setting. Don’t waste your money here.
