I’ve been coming here for 4–5 years and this was my first time with Yujin. She was so kind, explained everything, took extra time with my nails, and made sure I was happy before I left. Really great service — I’ll definitely book with her again!

I have visited this establishment before and was very pleased with the acrylic nail sets I received. However, when I visited today, my nails were poorly done. The design was well done based on the inspiration photo, but the shape was not up to my expectations and the lengths of the nails were all over the place. I had requested a stiletto-shaped nail, but instead, I received an almond-shaped oval. Additionally, the nails were excessively curled, resembling claws rather than being straight. When I called the store to get them fixed, they couldn’t find a suitable time slot that worked for me. This was understandable, given the peak Christmas season and my limited timeframe. I went into the store hoping for a refund, but the manager informed me that they didn’t have a refund policy.

I went in with only a few pictures that kind of showed what I wanted since it was hard to find exactly what I wanted. She did a really good job helping my idea work out. She also shaped my nails so nicely. I don't really like my hands, but the way she did my nails makes them look a little more dainty. I didn't ask her name, but she was in spot 1. Thank you :)

The first time I went my nail tech did a fantastic job and I was very happy with the results, the second time however, I had a different nail tech and she simply is not good at nails. My gel set came out lumpy, un-even, weirdly thick at places it shouldn’t be, and the nail art was below average. The woman was sweet but at the end when I was looking at them, I expressed that the filing job is just a bit messy and asked if she could fix them up a little more before I leave. She did for about 10 seconds before I suppose giving up, and then handing me the nail file for me to do it. I did end up getting 10% off my total for this poor service, but I do still believe I paid way too much for this set. One more thing, the vibes in this shop are not very welcoming. The person who greets you doesn’t even smile, they just stay straight face and ask if you have an appointment. I’m not asking for a super jolly greeting but I do think the way you greet your customers in the beginning is extremely important for their comfort. These vibes make it seem like non of the workers want to be there, and like me and my friends are a burden. I’m seeing all these other poor reviews and how the owner responds to them with mainly excuses and justifications for their poor service. How about find a better way to run your shop and teach your workers some manners. Do better Elira.

If you have not been here to get your nails done, I 10/10 recommend you to go at least once. You WILL NOT regretted. Went in to fix both ring fingers nail designs as soon as I was done at the other place, as somehow it was my fault their red foil went orange because “you chose the matte finish instead of shiny finish”. The girls at Elira Beauty Bar were a bit confuse at first because they thought I got my nails done days ago as apparently the gel polish I just got put on, was too far away from the cuticles making it look days old. Once I explained what happened they were very understanding and helped me even tho they were busy. As you can see in the picture it did not go orange even with the matte finish. I believe the girl’s name that helped me achieve the design I was looking for is Anna, who made sure they had the products to do it and kept reassuring me it was not going to turn orange. Even went above and beyond by only fixing one nail first completely, and then once I saw the results proceeded to fix the other nail. I’m very thankful for their services and will keep coming back to get my nails done every time.
