After getting into an accident in early December, Elements Health was able to get me in to see a chiropractor the very next day! Since then, I've been more than happy with the services provided by Dr. Syndey (chiro), Donna (physio), and Brianna (massage). The front desk staff are always pleasant to deal with and were a big help in getting all the necessary paperwork completed properly.

Called to book an appointment was told they had a slot open at 4:45 I asked if I could call them right back Just so I can make sure I didn’t have anything getting in the way and they told me that was absolutely fine. Called back not even five minutes later to book the appointment and they didn’t answer the phone. Call back a few minutes after that and was told that somebody already booked it. I then told them that I called back less than five minutes after and they didn’t respond. at no point did they Offer an apology or acknowledge their mistake. Was then told they could get me in at a later time and I told them I’d have to move some things around and then they said well if you want we can put it as pending so nobody else books it. ( Why was that not done the first time???) Now I have to move my Day around for the second time just because they Couldn’t pick up the phone. Extremely disappointed at the lack of professionalism
