No show for my appointment - and no phone call for almost 3 days. Was having issues with a GFI outlet that was constantly tripping. Called Electricman on Monday, and made arrangements for Marc to drop by and see what was going on. Marc swings by on Friday AM, notes an issue, and says he'll be back tomorrow morning with the stuff he need to fix it - around 8 AM (he had another job at 9:00 AM). So Saturday morning bright and early, I'm waiting... And I wait, and wait some more. No show, no phone call. So I'm thinking MAYBE I got the day wrong? - maybe he meant Monday instead of Saturday? I thought it was weird for a electrician on Saturday. So I wait until Monday morning - and no show - STILL no phone call. So now I call. And I just get voicemail. I don't leave a message - I'm done. So I call another electrician. Finally Monday evening; ALMOST 3 DAYS AFTER OUR APPOINTMENT - Marc finally calls me. Says his garage was burglarized (again apparently) and he would "get around to me soon". I informed him not to bother. So the other reviews are spectacular, (which is why I chose Electricman), IF he shows up. Obviously will not be recommending or using Electricman.

Called today regarding a power outage in my bathroom. Of course I’m running late and didn’t think of a reset switch on the outlet. Thankfully they humoured me and walked me through resetting it. We all have those days. I’m glad they were super nice about it and very helpful. Will definitely keep their number for my upcoming Reno’s. Good customer service isn’t always easy to find. Thank you!!

We had some weird noises coming from our electric panel. Called Electricman on Saturday night, talked to Marc and was informed of the possible scenarios. Booked a Sunday appointment.Marc was punctual and polite. He went through the entire panel and made sure everything everything was tight and proper! Turned out the problem was the jacuzzi tub switch! If you ever need any electric work done don’t hesitate to call electricman! Thanks Marc

I was very happy with being able to call and actually get to talk to someone. I had Mark come out to look at a dryer outlet and quote on some electrical work in the basement. Mark was very helpful and corrected the dryer outlet issue (so far no problems) for this I thank you. I agreed to his quote for the additional work in the basement and scheduled an appointment. He called me 30 mins after he was supposed to be here and said he was running late and I'm pretty easy going so we re scheduled unfortunately never saw or heard from him that day tried calling but no answer. If you didn't want to do the job at least have the professional courtesy to let me know so I can get someone that does. Won't be calling this company again

I made an appointment yesterday and Mark came out today to fix a light that kept going out on its own. The light was in a 16' ceiling, that was no problem for him, he had it fixed in about an hour. He also installed some LED bulbs so we won't have to replace them for a very long time. The light works great now, no more sitting in the dark:) a the prices are good too. I will be using electricman of Airdrie if anything else comes up in the future.
