I had ESI come and do some electric work at an older bungalow that I purchased on the North side. They were so easy to work with and very understanding when rescheduling (my side or theirs). I was happy with the service and quality of work. I had an issue a number of months later that was quite similar to the issue that made me call in the first place. It was SUPER EASY!! They scheduled me right away, the electrician came, listened to my issue, took a quick look, noticed one very little thing..ALL fixed. Less than 10 minutes and out the door. The second best part NO bill to me. You just can't do better than that kind of work and customer service. A huge thank you.
