We had an excellent experience with Neil, our electrician. He went above and beyond to diagnose and fix our main issue, and even took the time to help us with several minor electrical problems around the house. What really stood out was how much he cared—he didn’t just complete the work; he also educated us on what to do (and what not to do) to keep things safe and running properly. Neil and his team of electricians were contracted to complete electrical work in our garage and in our basement. From the minute we contacted Neil, he was quick to reply to text messages and emails. He provided us with a quote which was very reasonable compared to other companies we had contacted. Despite the job being more challenging that initially thought, we were provided with daily updates regarding changes/hurdles that were encountered. I cannot recommend Neil and his company enough!

Very happy with Neil. I was drilling pilot holes into the drywall when sparks came out and the electric breaker went off. Neil came in and advised me on the process to fix the damaged wire behind the drywall and gave advice on how to avoid a repeat of the issue. He is knowledgeable and even pointed out how the electrical panel in the house wasn't installed properly by the builder. I highly recommend!

The first impression was very dynamic as we got the quotation on the same day and Neil managed to started the work next day itself which was very impressive. Installation of pot lights on our main floor was extremely challenging because of the old construction but Neil and his guys made it possible in a very efficient manner. Moreover, they provided a out of the box solution to install the wifi switch to overcome the complexities of the existing electric lines. Also, great and perfect installation of chandelier was done. Highly recommend master electrician! Thank you.
