I took the nail technician course with Giselle(ego beauty) and had nothing but the best experience. Not only is she a great mentor but also a wonderful person. She brings in her vast knowledge and experience to make the course very professional and enjoyable. Being an excellent critique, she made sure i learnt from my mistakes and helped me perfect my skills. I would highly recommend enrolling in the ego beauty training program for anyone wanting to step a foot in the nail industry. The kit and tools provided in the program are from the best brands and that’s all you’ll need to start your business. She also provides you with marketing and advertising knowledge that would help you with areas like pricing your services or getting a business license etc. Thank you Giselle for your kind words and support. ♥️

Taking the nails course with Giselle- EGOBEAUTY was such a great experience! She’s an amazing teacher — patient, encouraging, and super knowledgeable. Every class was hands-on, and she always made sure we understood each step before moving on. I really appreciated how supportive she was and how much she cared about helping us improve our skills. The program itself was well-structured and covered everything I needed to feel confident doing nails professionally. I learned so many techniques, from prep and shaping to designs and client care. I’m so glad I chose this course — it gave me the confidence and foundation I needed to start my career in nails!

I took Giselle’s Nail Tech course and i absolutely recommend her to anyone wanting to learn. She is very kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. I have autism and this course was great for me as i had someone so understanding and willing to make the extra effort to get me to where i wanted to be.I genuinely had so much fun and was so sad when it was over, best 5 days of my life and she’s still helping me with business stuff as i go. She takes the heath and safety part of thee course very seriously and i feel i can do nails safely and correctly now.❤️❤️Thank you Giselle at Ego beauty

I took the Ego Beauty Academy Nail technician course in July 2021 with no prior knowledge on nails or the nail industry. First i have to say that Giselle is an absolutely lovely person. She was a great teacher, with the perfect amount of professionalism & personal experiences, and i really enjoyed learning throughout the course. She was very attentive with my learning progress, and even when i was making mistakes she corrected them in a professional and kind way. She gave me all the skills i needed to succeed on my own, including how to market myself on social media which is such an important thing these days. I chose the deluxe kit and i would absolutely say it was worth the money! I got more than enough items to start up my business as a beginner. I really liked how she didn't promote one brand, and instead she told us to experiment with all different brands. She gave us tips and tricks on how to achieve different nail art designs, and really went in depth about how to shape a nail properly without harming a client. Giselle promoted cleanliness & sanitary procedures throughout the course, which is something that really stood out to me as its not something you usually visually see when you go into a salon. Learning about the nail from a biology standpoint was very informative and incredibly interesting to learn about, there are so many things that can go wrong when doing nails, and she taught me all the right ways to deal with different situations. I felt comfortable knowing that i had the correct information to ensure no harm ever comes to my clients! My only complaint on the course would be the amount of time spent in person. 5 days didn't quite feel like enough time to soak it all in, but I did understand covid would affect how much time could be spent in person. With that being said, Giselle made herself very available during the at home portion of the course. She always replied to my questions as soon as she could, and was consistently checking in to see my progress. She gave really amazing constructive criticism on my work while still encouraging and supporting me through it. Giselle really helped me find my passion. I was always a really artistic person, but i couldn't find the right outlet for my creativity. Through the course i feel like i found my calling! She still checks up on me from time to time, which shows how proud she is of her students. I would 100% recommend this course with Giselle to anyone of any level. Thank you again Giselle! I truly appreciate all you have done to support and encourage my passion.

Giselle did my nails couple times over the last few years, she’s such an artist!!! And she’s super kind, gentle and patient!!!! definitely my fav nail artist in kelowna, sadly I couldn’t do my nails all the time cuz long nails are really not that convenient
