This gym is insane. Absolutely massive facility. Indoor running track. I'm sure they have every piece of equipment that Rogue sells. Doesn't matter your fitness level, beginner or world class athlete, this facility will challenge you. Lots for friendly, helpfull and knowlegeable staff.

Friday night at exactly 7:00pm I walked in the front door to sign in. I was greeted by a lady at the front desk after I had asked “can I sign in please” she asked if I was here earlier I responded “no I wasn’t” she asked if I had a membership card and I responded “yes I just don’t actively have it on me at the moment” she offered to take a photo off of my iPhone of my membership card and I agreed so she grabbed it snapped a photo and slammed my phone against the desk. Now imagine this whole conversation in an aggressive interrogating tone. There was absolutely no reason to treat a member who pays monthly to use your facilities in an aggressive way. I know sitting at a desk all day must be hard for you but there is no excuse to that behaviour WHAT SO EVER, especially someone who is just signing in. I am absolutely appalled. Shame on you. Edit: I would like to note I’ve never had issues using this gym prior to this interaction. I think it has great equipment and amenities. But this whole interaction was uncalled for completely and slamming my phone against the desk was unnecessary.

The Edmonton Garrison Fitness Centre is a fitness facility that offers a wide range of programs and services, including strength training, bodybuilding, CrossFit, spin classes, and swimming. The centre has a field house with an inner track, multiple basketball courts, a weight room, and a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, three squash courts and a climbing wall all of which are well-maintained and clean. The centre offers kids training programs such as volleyball, baseball, basketball, swimming and more which differ in days and hours. The centre caters to all fitness styles. The weight lifting areas and cardio area are in completely separate areas which I think makes the gym stand out. Overall, the Garrison Fitness Centre particularly is a great gym for military members and first responders and their families, who can access exclusive discounts and savings through the Canadian Forces One membership program.

The Edmonton Garrison Fitness Centre is highly regarded for its dedication to promoting health and fitness among military personnel and the community. Its state-of-the-art facilities, professional staff, and commitment to physical well-being deserve praise for supporting the health and readiness of those it serves. The center is huge ! There is lot of bodybuilding machines and the staff is very nice. This is my all time favorite gym.

This place has training rooms and equipment to suit all fitness styles. Their traditional gym area is good for strength training and bodybuilding. They have a room resembling a CrossFit gym as well, which is great for being able to move and do pretty much anything you want. And the field house is great for conditioning and getting some cardio in. AND their rates are incredibly affordable.
