My aunt’s phone was found in the laundry by the team at Ecotex. She is currently in Kelowna general hospital. One of the employees at Ecotex then called my contact number which he found on my aunt’s phone and described the situation. After giving him her name and where she was at the hospital, he personally delivered the phone back to her. This gives the true meaning to going above and beyond. THANK YOU TO THE TEAM AT ECOTEX KELOWNA ! You rock !

Exceptional service from Brian Gold at Eco Tex . The blanket was found and he delivered it to our home. Thank you for taking the care of finding the lost blanket and returning it. It was very appreciated.

I left my phone by accident in a soiled linen bag in the hospital. I had to file a report under the lost and found in the ecotex system to start a search. The team was very reliable and fast to act. The same day my precious phone has been returned to me. Special mention to staff Brian, thank you very much!

Exceptional Service and Genuine Kindness! While I was a patient at Kelowna General Hospital, my cell phone was accidentally tossed into a hospital linen bin by a care aide who wasn’t paying attention — and it vanished into the laundry system. I was devastated, thinking it was gone for good. Thankfully, Brian Gold, Operations Manager at Ecotex Healthcare Linen Service, and his incredible team went above and beyond to help. They searched tirelessly through the system, located my phone, and — going completely out of his way — Brian personally delivered it back to me at the hospital. This kind of genuine care, professionalism, and humanity is rare. Brian’s compassion and sense of urgency turned a stressful situation into a story of kindness and integrity. On September 28, 2025 my father in law received a phone call from Rod at Ecotex stating that him and his team have found his wife change purse in the laundry from the hospital. His wife is in the hospital for a few weeks already and it went missing and we have been looking for it for about week with no luck. To our surprise everything was still inside the purse and all the money was still there. Now a days there are few and far honest companies and people who do the right actions. This is one of them.
