Last week, I accidentally left some valuables in the hospital blankets and found out they were sent to Ecotex for laundering. Through their website, contacting the lost and found department was easy and they were efficient to respond within 1 business day. Brandon Riley was able to facilitate the return of my belongings seamlessly. He wasn’t afraid to go above and beyond to make sure it was personally delivered, for which I’m so grateful. Excellent customer service.!
