DO NOT RECOMMEND - We hired this contractor in early November 2025 to repair a roof leak. Unfortunately, within one week, the leak came back. When we reached out for assistance, instead of offering any help or accountability, the contractor responded with hostility and used foul language — insisting we should have asked for a replacement rather than a repair. If he believed a repair was not appropriate, that option should never have been offered in the first place. To verify, we had two other reputable roofing companies inspect the issue since then, and both confirmed that the leak was absolutely repairable and that the work done by this contractor was substandard. We paid $700 in cash for a repair that did not fix the problem, and the contractor has refused to provide an itemized receipt, which we require for tax purposes. All communications, including text messages and emails, have been retained as evidence. We are also filing a report with the CRA regarding the cash transaction and lack of proper documentation. Based on our experience, I do unot recommend this company — unprofessional conduct, poor workmanship, and no accountability.

I called this company and asked to come today on a Sunday to clean my gutters as they were completely plugged, They were able to do it, Very professional and showed me some pictures as well

I had two leaks in my roof, Called few roofing companies and everyone wanted to replace the roof except this company, Raffe had allot of experience and was able to repair it same, i will definitely use them again
