I’m leaving this review years after the fact because the experience was so upsetting and unresolved that it has stayed with me. Before the cleaners arrived, I provided a written priority list of seven rooms, clearly stating that the main floor (bathrooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen) was the top priority, and that bedrooms should only be cleaned if there was enough time. While I briefly stepped away for a work call, they began cleaning upstairs bedrooms instead. Although I raised this immediately, I was told they would still complete the priority areas. That did not happen. The upstairs was thoroughly cleaned, while the main floor—the area I explicitly prioritized—was left incomplete. Because of the order they chose to clean in, my family was unable to use our kitchen and dining room during dinner time, forcing us to abruptly change plans with young children. This caused unnecessary stress. When I returned home after picking up my daughter, I found two men I did not know parked in our carport and inside my home, despite only two women having originally arrived. No one informed me ahead of time that additional people would be present. As an woman alone at home with young children, this was deeply uncomfortable and alarming. My young child became extremely distressed. Despite repeatedly being told they were finished and leaving, the men remained inside our home and blocked access to our carport, preventing my husband from parking and bringing our baby inside. It was never clearly communicated that they were waiting for payment, which left me confused as to why strangers would not leave my home. When I expressed that I was very upset and stressed by the situation, one of the men laughed. This response was shocking and completely inappropriate. I later emailed the owner/manager to explain what had happened and never received a response. Overall, this experience involved ignored instructions, poor communication, unexpected and unannounced individuals in my home, and behavior that felt intimidating and disrespectful. Clear communication, respect for client priorities, and basic consideration for family safety were all missing.

Professional cleaning services! Booked them as their prices were the budget friendly. Booking was easy and got confirmation immediately. Cleaners were late by 30 min but I was notified ahead of time. They did a good job cleaning the house and completed everything on time. They also allowed me to check after completion and only then pay. I am very satisfied with booking them

Over 2 hours with two cleaners, for a move in clean of an empty suite. I came in after them and cleaned cleaned cobwebs, dust and had to clean the floors as it seems like they never did they were specifically asked to clean 3 things, the bathroom, the windows and the ceiling fan. The fan blades were dusted but the center part that attaches the blades and light was covered in dust still, the bathtub was still filthy and the windows were not cleaned. When I came in to see the progress at the 2hour mark they were just standing around and when I asked if they were done they said they needed another half hour, why were you just standing around then!? They never even took my name or anything so I'm sure they will reply saying they never serviced me as they seem to say that to lots of the negative reviews. Mess of a company. Incredibly unprofessional. Dont waste your money, hire a different company.

We had tenants that left our place in rough shape and we needed someone ASAP as we were having new tenants move in the evening. I called the morning of and they had someone out to my place within a couple of hours. I let them know that I needed the place in two hours as my tenants were coming in. After two hours, I couldn’t believe how much they had gotten done in two hours. I could not find anything wrong with it. My appliances were completely clean, even the inside of the cabinets and drawers were cleaned. Extremely professional, prompt, and committed to doing great work. Will definitely be using again and highly recommend for anyone looking for cleaning services. Definitely worth the $$ and extremely reasonable for the kind of work they do.

The previous tenants did not do a very good job when moving out of this 3 level rental property. We needed a proper professional deep cleaning before moving in. We also needed this cleaned and sanitized urgently so I called ecoF in the morning, on a Sunday, and they came right away, within 2 hours! Did such an amazing job, very thorough and we're feeling more comfortable and it's move-in ready now! Very reasonably priced for the amount of work done and for our peace of mind. Thank you so much to the kind and patient ladies that cleaned to the higher standards. Customer service was also fast, friendly, courteous. Easy payment methods. Very efficient! So happy with the entire process overall!
