I had such an amazing experience with Krista! I came in with an inspiration photo but honestly didn’t know how to properly describe what I wanted…and she matched it perfectly. She really listened, understood the vibe I was going for, and brought it to life even better than I imagined. She is incredibly skilled and you can truly see her talent in her work. Not only is Krista talented, but she’s also so professional and made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. At one point I got a little cold, and she immediately offered me a blanket…such a thoughtful gesture that meant so much. She truly goes the extra mile to make sure you feel taken care of. I’m so in love with my hair and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. I highly recommend Krista to anyone looking for someone who genuinely cares and delivers amazing results!

I had/am having the best experiences at eccotique, it is wonderful. Shira who does my hair is a person I would 100% recommend to everyone! She’s very easy to talk to, knows quite literally everything about hair, and does an amazing service!

Beware! I warn you and hope that you take this review as I didn't do for myself with other warning review for this place. I had the ABSOLUTE WORST haircut/service of my life here four months ago. The stylist did not introduce herself. She did a toner service, disappeared and left me in the very uncomfortable sink to marinate in the product. She cut and styled my hair and never showed me the back. After leaving and styling my hair myself for the first time I realized that it was an egregiously crooked haircut. I had gotten this haircut before a once in a lifetime event that this completely ruined for me. Even putting the hair up in a ponytail you could clearly see that it was a crooked haircut. She gave me insanely short layers that I didn't ask for. I have had three stylists try to fix it now, but my hair is growing back slow and she cut the layers so crooked and short that all I can do is wait. I delayed so long in writing this review because Eccotique made a small attempt to correct the situation by offering another stylist there to fix it or the amount of my service back in gift card. I was afraid to let anyone there touch my hair again and there wasn't much to cut off anyways to fix it because she ruined it so badly. I cannot warn you strongly enough, not to get your hair done here. I sincerely wish that I hadn't and I've been regretting it for months since. Who knows how long it will take now to fix it still. This stylist does not have the skills or professionalism to be working here at the prices they are charging.

My partner came to this salon hoping for a simple global brown hair colour and a haircut. While the haircut was done well, the colour service was highly disappointing. She explained clearly to the stylist that she wanted a global brown shade and also mentioned that she did not want any bleach used on the lower half of her hair due to previous permanent colouring. The stylist acknowledged this and said she would colour from the roots to the point where it could blend naturally, but the result was far from acceptable. Though my partner roots were covered, a significant portion of her hair was left untouched, and many grey strands remain clearly visible. For a service that cost $200, she expected a professional finish and proper blending, not patchy colour with leftover greys. What’s more frustrating is that this was not a communication issue. She was very clear about what she wanted, and the stylist acknowledged the limitations, but still delivered a result that looks rushed and incomplete. Unfortunately, she won’t be returning.
