I got keratin smoothing by Isabelle yesterday and I am so impressed! I’ve had this service done before by other stylists and Isabelle EXCELS in it! She is fast, knowledgeable and so sweet. I haven’t brushed my hair since she did it at the service yesterday and today when I did a quick brush and threw it in a ponytail for the gym i have no flyaways usually they are all around my face, I love this service and will be back to see Isabelle! Thank you so much!

I think the photo speaks for itself 😩😳this was the second redo as the first was even worse.Yes worse. Very lovely friendly accommodating and no hassle when I shared my disappointment with the first shellac manicure. Very disappointed

My stylist Ashley is phenomenal. Her skills of patiently listening and reflecting back my desires around style and colour are rare. In a world which is so fast-paced, Ashley takes the time to ensure I am valued and I always walk away feeling empowered and really relaxed and happy! She is rare and precious! I also want to acknowledge the amazing team at the Pitt Meadows location, who are diligent with making me feel special right from the moment I step into the store. This is a great place to visit if you are looking for hair care products. Thanks Ashley and Team! You are amazing!

Just thrilled with our experience at this salon. The aestheticians were lovely and did a beautiful job on our pedis. The manager also made good on a problem we had with the Coquitlam location which was above and beyond! Thank you!!

A couple of day's ago I had my first manicure and pedicure in a very long time! It was great and I couldn't be more pleased! I wish I can remember the name of the girl who took care of me because she was awesome! Looking forward to my next visit soon!
